L’iniziativa è stata della Misericordia di Floridia con la collaborazione del Corpo Forestale della Regione Siciliana, dell’Amministrazione comunale di Floridia, dell’associazione di volontariato Aretusa Soccorso e del Gruppo Scout Agesci Solarino 8.
Presenti ed attive anche le unità cinofile della Misericordia di Floridia, che hanno simulato una operazione di ricerca di persone disperse sotto le macerie.
La Misericordia, associazione di volontariato di ispirazione cattolica è attiva a Floridia dal 1991.
